Prince of Peace Integrated School Inc. believes that education is a partnership between the home and the school. By enrolling our child in the school, we acknowledge that we are entering into a cooperative relationship with the school administration, faculty, and staff in the academic, moral, and spiritual formation of the learner.

By signing this agreement, I/we declare and agree to the following:

  1. Understanding of School Policies
    I/we confirm that I/we have read, understood, and agree to abide by the policies stated in the Prince of Peace Integrated School Inc. Student Handbook, including those related to admission, enrollment, academic requirements, student conduct, discipline, and other school regulations.
    I/we understand that ignorance of these policies does not exempt the student or parent/guardian from compliance.
  2. Enrollment Completion and Learner Information System (LIS)
    I/we understand and agree that a learner shall only be considered officially enrolled in Prince of Peace Integrated School Inc. once all enrollment requirements have been completed and the required enrollment fees have been settled and officially receipted by the school.
    I/we further understand that processing of the learner's inclusion in the Department of Education Learner Information System (LIS) shall only be undertaken after the completion of these enrollment requirements and payment of the required fees.
  3. Payment of Fees
    I/we understand that:
    • Registration, tuition, and other school fees form part of the requirements for enrollment.
    • Parents/guardians are responsible for settling financial obligations on time according to the payment scheme approved by the school.
    • The school may withhold school records, reports, or certifications if financial obligations remain unsettled in accordance with school policies and applicable regulations.
  4. Parent–School Partnership
    I/we recognize the importance of cooperation between parents and the school. Therefore, I/we commit to:
    • Support the school in promoting discipline, Christian character formation, and responsible behavior.
    • Attend required orientations, meetings, and conferences.
    • Maintain communication with the school regarding the learner's academic progress and behavior.
  5. Observance of School Rules
    I/we understand that the learner must comply with the school's code of conduct, discipline policies, and campus regulations, including policies related to attendance, respect for authority, and proper conduct.
  6. Declaration
    I/we certify that all information provided in the registration form is true and correct. I/we voluntarily agree to comply with the policies and requirements of Prince of Peace Integrated School Inc..

Admissions Policy Regarding Specialized Learning Support

Prince of Peace Integrated School Inc. is dedicated to providing a high-quality, accessible education to our student community. To ensure every child receives the care and instruction they deserve, please note that while we strive for inclusivity, the school currently lacks the specialized diagnostic tools and clinically trained personnel required to effectively support students with significant physical or developmental needs.

To ensure we do not overpromise on a learning environment we cannot effectively provide, admission for students requiring specialized accommodations is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed. We kindly request that parents or guardians provide full disclosure of any known physical or developmental conditions during the enrollment period so we can determine if our facilities and staff can meet your child’s specific needs.

Please be advised that failure to disclose a known condition during the enrollment period may lead to a cancellation of enrollment. In such instances where information was withheld, the school reserves the right to retain all paid fees in accordance with the 1992 Manual of Regulation for Private Schools (DepEd), regardless of whether the student is withdrawn or transferred before the second week of classes.
